Two Moons 四季桔手工氈酒 Two Moons Calamansi Craft Gin

Two Moons 以“夏季”為主題，精選香港上水農場種植的四季桔，結合杜松子和雲杉葉釀製的“夏日限量版”手工氈酒。同時，為帶出香港文化，特別聯同香港最後一家本土銅器打造店——炳記銅器，為這個系列改造一個銅壺式蒸餾器作釀製。Two Moons 四季桔手工氈酒除了以特別的材料釀製出清爽，甘甜的夏日氈酒，更以背後故事成就“本土製造”的精神。

Two Moons Calamansi Craft Gin was a seasonal release as a “Summer themed” Gin, by pairring Hong Kong grown Calamansi with Juniper and Spruce, to create a  rich and full-flavoured Gin. As Two Moons is proudly promoting “Local made” products, they decided to collaborate with Hong Kong’s last standing copperware shop —— Ping Kee Copperware, to specially modify a pot still for this very release.
