慕赫 MORTLACH

慕赫酒廠於1823年成立，是蘇格蘭達夫鎮首個合法的威士忌酒廠，為該區最為經典且獲獎無數的蘇格蘭單一麥芽威士忌。由於採用的2.81蒸餾法極為精密耗時，產量一直非常稀少，創立後長達一世紀，大部分酒液均做為頂級調和式威士忌基酒，僅有極少量的比例用於製作單一麥芽威士忌。

Mortlach was founded in 1823, at Dufftown, Scotland. The first legal distillery to be established, and won many notable awards for their profound whisky distilling crafts. Their 2.81 distillery process remained unchanged till this day, the highly time demanding process had made their single malt whisky productions one of the rarest in the market.
